For RD Saúde, 2025 was a year that demanded resilience while reaffirming the strength of our business model. In a challenging and volatile macroeconomic environment, we began the year with compressed margins and closed it with the best quarter in the company's history.
We opened 330 new pharmacies to ensure access to healthcare throughout the customer journey. The opening of the state-of-the-art distribution center in Viana (ES) included the use of collaborative robots, boosting productivity by 75% and reducing operational errors by 99%.
The expansion of low-carbon logistics, combined with the use of renewable energy across the entire operation, resulted in a 48% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions compared to 2021.
Inclusion is embedded in how we lead, with half of our leadership positions now being filled by Black professionals. Investments in social impact projects totaled BRL 36.6 million in 2025. Since 2021, 1.3 million people have benefited from initiatives that promote healthy habits and expand access to healthcare.
We would like to thank our employees, investors, and partners for the trust they have placed in us on this journey. RD Saúde will continue to expand its reach and innovate its services, steadfast in the commitment to contributing to a healthier society.
