Steps to Become an RD Saúde Commercial Partner

Commercial Interest

It all begins when one of RD Saúde's business areas initiates the request to evaluate a commercial partner, either through a unique process or a type of bidding.

Registration of Commercial Partners

At this stage, the participating company accesses the commercial partner management platform to complete their registration details, respond to compliance questionnaires, and agree to RD Saúde's commitments.

ESG
Evaluation

Conducted by the RD Saúde Commercial Partner Governance team, the company is classified into critical or non-critical categories based on their social, environmental, and compliance impacts.

Onboarding Training

In this phase, the commercial partner undergoes training in a Distance Learning (EAD) format to understand RD Saúde's expectations and commitments.

On-Site Audit

Depending on the company's segment, the Commercial Partner Governance team will conduct an on-site audit focusing on ESG practices.

Completion of Registration

After completing all previous steps, the partner is registered in the system and becomes eligible to start a commercial relationship with RD Saúde.

The process for registering as an RD Saúde commercial partner includes six stages, as outlined below:

  1. Commercial Interest: This stage begins when one of RD Saúde’s business areas initiates a request to evaluate a commercial partner or a BID process (procurement process with multiple commercial partners).
  2. Registration of Commercial Partner: At this stage, the company accesses the commercial partner management platform to complete their registration details, respond to compliance questionnaires, and agree to RD Saúde’s commitments. a. Registration in the Commercial Partner Approval Systems: This step is completed by the commercial partner. b. Completion of the ESG Questionnaire: This step is completed by the commercial partner. c. Completion of Compliance Questionnaires and Acceptance of RD Saúde’s Commitment Terms: This step is completed by the commercial partner.
  3. Classification and Evaluation: Commercial partners are classified into critical and non-critical categories and evaluated according to social, environmental, and governance practices by the RD Saúde Commercial Partner Governance team.
  4. Onboarding Training: In this phase, the commercial partner undergoes Distance Learning (EAD) training to understand RD Saúde’s expectations and commitments. This step is completed by the commercial partner.
  5. On-Site Audit: Depending on the company’s segment, the RD Saúde Commercial Partner Governance team will conduct an on-site audit focusing on socio-environmental and governance practices before proceeding with the registration process.
  6. Completion of Registration: After completing all the previous steps, the commercial partner is registered in our system and becomes eligible to start a commercial relationship with RD Saúde.

The process for registering as a commercial partner with RD Saúde typically takes an average of 30 days. The supplier evaluation stage (Stage 6) itself takes up to 7 days. However, this timeframe may be extended if the company fails to meet the minimum requirements and/or does not provide the necessary evidence to prove the regularity of non-compliant items.

The documents required from commercial partners during the registration process will depend on the product and/or service being offered. However, there are mandatory documents for any company wishing to partner with RD Saúde:

  1. National Register of Legal Entities (CNPJ) Card
  2. National Classification of Economic Activities (CNAE) Information
  3. State Registration
  4. Municipal Registration Proof – Certificate or Operating License
  5. Opt-In Certificate for Simples Nacional
  6. Bank Payment Details – Bank Proof
  7. Social Contract (Proof of Partners – Legal Representatives)
  8. Complete/Simplified Registration Form or Full Registration Certificate

The documents to be filled out and accepted by the commercial partner include:

  1. Acceptance of the RD Saúde Commercial Partners Code of Conduct
  2. Acceptance of the Code of Gente
  3. Completion of the Commitment Term
  4. Completion of the Related Parties Form
  5. Completion of the Compliance Questionnaire, including conflict of interest topics
  6. Completion of the LGPD (General Data Protection Law) and Information Security Questionnaire
  7. Completion of the ESG Questionnaire (applicable to critical category commercial partners)
