As part of our sustainable initiatives that drive responsible growth and contribute to a healthier society, we have the Conscious Disposal program, where we are pioneers in offering customers the opportunity to dispose of expired or unused medications and their leaflets or packaging at 100% of our pharmacies.
Reducing the printing of receipts and the use of plastic bags are initiatives reinforced by our attendants, who encourage customers, at the time of service, to rethink their habits.
And Sorria, the books sold at Raia and Drogasil, with the proceeds fully donated to social organizations working in the fields of physical and mental health.
